This retreat includes a range of physical activities, including hikes of up to approximately one hour, walking on natural and uneven terrain, and gentle movement practices such as yoga. Beautiful private rooms within shared apartments
Marie is a Life Coach with over 20 years of experience and has worked as a Fitness Instructor for more than 30 years. She is also a qualified Tutor and Assessor in her professions and is currently studying Naturopathy and Herbalism. Her work is centred around helping individuals reconnect with themselves, their wellbeing, and their potential through holistic approaches to personal growth.
Passionate about helping people achieve their dreams and expand into their fullest potential, Marie believes that growth happens at the growing edge—just beyond what feels familiar and comfortable. Through movement, mindset, nature, and intentional experiences, she supports others in stepping into new possibilities, cultivating resilience, and creating meaningful transformation in their lives.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll arrange scheduled group transfers from a designated meeting point at or near the airport to the retreat venue. Full details, including the meeting location and departure times, will be shared with all guests before the retreat.
